## How to play

### Goal

Get five pieces in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally to win!

### Rules

• Players take turns placing a stone on any empty intersection, edges included
• Black always goes first
• Five or more in a row wins — across, down or diagonally
• Keyboard: arrows move the cursor, Enter places a stone, Z undoes

### Strategy

• Focus on creating open-ended lines of 3 or 4
• Block opponent's lines before they become 4
• Try to create 'double threats' where you have two ways to win
• Control the center of the board early on
