### Goal

Work in sprints. Set a length, start it, and keep going until the ring closes.

### How to Play

• Tap the length to change it, then Start Focus
• The ring fills as the sprint goes on
• Breathe with the glow — it swells and settles once every four seconds
• Space starts and stops; Escape asks before it leaves

### Tips

• A sprint that is abandoned does not count towards the streak
• The length is fixed once a sprint starts
• The timer keeps counting while the app is in the background
• The pips around the dial are the sprints you have finished
